UK Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

2. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars or any other tobacco products, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

International Return and Exchange Policy

2. Exchanges: Due to logistical challenges, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with further instructions and guidance on the return process.
