As a novice cigar buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I messaged customer service for advice on getting the right cigar for me. Owen gave me a lot of valuable information without once being condescending to me or attempting to pressure me into buying anything, even though he knew precisely what I was searching for. Really, there aren't enough good things I can say about him.
